The app was bleeding sender reputation — 28.1% spam rate, 32% invalid emails, and a broken behavioral trigger silently queuing sends for the entire 66K-contact list. On top of that, the onboarding sequence had no behavioral logic, converting only ~13% of users. The re-engagement campaign existed on paper but was functionally invisible. Nothing was connected. Nothing was working.
What I Did
  • Audited the full sending infrastructure and identified the root-cause behavioral trigger misconfiguration
  • Rebuilt domain authentication and cleaned 32% invalid contacts from the list
